1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the RWDsign website and our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
RWDsign provides web design and development services, including but not limited to: custom website creation, template-based websites, SEO optimization and web maintenance.
3. Pricing and Payments
Prices displayed on the website are indicative. The final price will be established after analyzing the project requirements and communicated through a custom proposal. Payment is made according to the terms agreed in the individual contract.
4. Intellectual Property
After full payment, ownership rights of the completed website will be transferred to the client. RWDsign reserves the right to use the project in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Technical Support
Technical support is included according to the chosen package (1 month or 3 months). After the support period expires, additional maintenance can be contracted separately.
6. Limitation of Liability
RWDsign shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the created website, including but not limited to loss of profit, data or business opportunities.
